ATLANTA -- The Governor's Special Investigators who looked into CRCT cheating in Atlanta Public Schools could not determine whether cheating took place at Williams Elementary.

In the report released Tuesday, investigators wrote that Williams had six teachers who were flagged for possible cheating in 2009.

However, as Williams closed at the end of the 2008-2009 school year, investigators did not interview anyone at the school and do not believe it warrants further investigation. (335)
